Eder Rocha

Eder Rocha joined Sound Ventures in 2025 and focuses on the firm’s finance, accounting, operations, and compliance functions.

Prior to Sound, Eder was VP of Finance at Learn Capital, where he oversaw fund operations, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple venture funds and SPVs.

Previously, he served as Engagement Manager at Standish Management, leading fund administration teams supporting a broad range of venture capital, private equity, and fund of funds clients.

Eder holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
